Thirteen Days

This is the first play I saw when the theatres started opening after the 2020-2021 Covid lockdown.

Interesting political thought piece that is adapted from the Robert F. Kennedy book of the same name, which is a memoir of the Cuban Missile Crisis. One of the cooler aspects is that all of the roles were played by a diverse group of women. As the City Lit website said,  “All the characters in the book are white males; none of the actors onstage will be.” I think the play worked on more levels because of that decision.
